At Prohealth, we feel that quality healthcare should be available to all members of the community regardless of their ability to pay or insurance coverage. Since 2004, Prohealth has been a participant in the federal discount sliding scale program. All amounts due from the patient whether insured or uninsured can be discounted based on provided proof of income.* Some patients will pay as little as $40.00 per visit. We offer pay-in-full discounts and deferred billing.** All Medicare deductibles are waived when visiting a Prohealth facility. Uninsured patients with income less than 200% of the federal poverty scale will pay $40 for the office visit. Insured with income less than 200% of the federal poverty scale will pay a $7 co-pay. Traditional Medicare patients with income less than 200% of the federal poverty scale will not pay a deductible and coninsurance will be reduced to $15.
